I hope that things were working better after installing a second time. I installed Windows 10 on my Dell Studio laptop as soon as it was released, but after 2 weeks I decided I did not like it and was going back to Windows 7. The current version of this silent update as of 2016-12-15 is the one causing the problems. Then check again for any upadates. I did find a fix though! I turned them back on and they still will not update. I think I need that Update. Then select and download the installation package suitable for your operating system.
