Once you have them loose they do not come out the just get really loose tilt the screw towards the outside of the truck and pull out. Remove the crankshaft balancer friction washer. Remove the foam shielding underneath and now you can see the fuel rails. Unfortunately, it seems that was the not problem. If anyone has any ideas what this could be please help me out. I will try and add pictures to this post.
I added a red arrow to show where the oil drops are located underneath the water pump. That was replaced and nothing else. Now unhook the two quick connect electric plugs from the back of the fuel rails. Please review the updated and accept changes. Position the larger end of the installer against the front of the balancer. Remove the crankshaft balancer 138. The balancer bolt will be used during the balancer installation procedure.

I removed the rails separately. Remove the engine support fixture. With a 13mm socket remove the bolts holding down the rails. The second, third, and forth passes tighten the new bolt to the proper torque. Then unscrew the four screws on the plastic shroud don't bother trying to take the plastic shroud off the engine just yet.
A couple of days later the oil leak was back. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement. Now that that's done, remove the fuel pump fuse and start your truck until it runs out of gas congratulations you've depressurized the gas lines. It turned out to be a leak in the water pump. In replacing the center bolt after installation of the pulley, factory specifications require up to 240 pounds of torque to seat the pulley properly. How much is this going to cost me to fix? Install the accessory drive belt. You will need a balancer installer tool, a seal remover, and a new balancer bolt.
Tighten Tighten the bolt to 75 N·m 55 lb ft. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement. Install the crankshaft balancer friction washer to the end of the crankshaft balancer. Refer to in Engine Cooling. They are not on tight so it's not a leverage issue it's getting your hand on them to turn. When installed correctly the seal provides superior oil containment. It seems the oil is coming from behind the harmonic balancer.
